Weekly programming includes individual therapy, group therapies, psychoeducation, bodywork, nutrition, family support, and individualized care practices.
Our holistic approach incorporates the most current psychopharmacological technologies in conjunction with talk therapy and practices targeting the mind-body-spirit connection. Gourmet meals are provided by our in-home private chef; a la carte services such as massage and acupuncture are available upon request.

Mental Health Care
Our clinical team works collaboratively with clients to facilitate transformational change. Clients can expect bi-weekly individual sessions with a licensed psychotherapist wherein they identify personalized treatment goals and address mental health conditions that commonly underlie addiction. At Altus, we believe substance abuse is often a form of self-medication for undiagnosed and/or untreated mental health disorders. Therapists are trained to administer evidence-based, brief therapies that produce successful outcomes in a time-limited setting.
We have experience treating a wide variety of co-occurring mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, bi-polar, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders, disordered eating, trauma, and adverse childhood experiences. Our admissions team will work with you to determine whether Altus is an appropriate fit for your individual mental health concerns.
